Position: Evening Receptionist
Salary: £10.75 per hour
Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 5pm to 8pm
- Saturday: 10am to Midday

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity as an Evening & Weekend Receptionist in Hemel Hempstead? We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. As the evening & Weekend receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our premises during the evening shift.

Responsibilities:
- Signing in and processing Royal Mail, Amazon, and Hermes post and courier deliveries daily
- Distributing signed-in parcels and deliveries to residents
- Providing reception cover to field couriers, visitors, and residents/commercial tenants queries
- Reporting of issues from residents to the Estate Manager to be addressed either as an emergency or the next working day
- Routine filing, copying and other office tasks as required by the Estate Manager including but not limited to:
- Taking receipt of payment for newly programmed fobs for residents (petty cash)
- Issuing of replacement or temporary parking permits
- Keeping a current display of information on reception
- Distribution of occasional circulars
Requirements:

- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
